Drop-off Appointment - Write in a date and time between September 1st-October 1st within the hours of 9AM-7PM When your registration is complete, you will receive drop-off instructions.

At the end of the sale, all items marked "donate" will be eligible for women in need from various local ministries to shop for free, and then any remaining items will be donated to a local charity. If you would NOT like your items to be donated, you need to pick up your unsold items on Nov 16th from 1:00PM-2:00PM at Glenrochie Country Club Clubhouse. All items not picked up by 2PM will be donated.

Some items will not be accepted into the sale due to stains, tears, or other restrictions. Do you want these items returned to you or donated?

Consignor Agreement

Please read the following statements carefully and sign below, confirming that you have read the information and agree to its terms.
Liability Waiver and Release
I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself or my family (including but not limited to personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that I or my family may experience or incur in connection with participation in Styled Again Women's Consignment ("Claims"). I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Styled Again Women's Consignment, its owners, staff, volunteers, venue partners, representatives, and affiliates from all Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Styled Again Women's Consignment, its staff, consignors, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates.
Item Responsibility
Styled Again Women's Consignment, its venue partners, affiliates, and volunteers are not responsible for any clothing or accessories that are lost, stolen, have missing tags, or are damaged during the sale process.
Consignor Commitments
I commit to being a consignor for this sale. Only one consignor account is allowed per household. I understand that inventory entry ends on Wednesday November 11th at noon. After this deadline, no changes or additions can be made to my inputted items or tags.
Drop-off Requirements
For Consigners who tag their own items, drop-off is at 3PM-5PM on Friday, November 13th. I will arrive during the drop-off timeframe with all items properly tagged and organized by category/size, ready for this single drop-off opportunity. If I am late or miss my drop-off timeframe, I acknowledge that my items will not be included in this sale.
For Consigners whose items are being tagged by Simply Be Organized, I agree to schedule a Drop-off Appointment on the Registration Form. If I cannot keep my scheduled appointment, I will give SBO a minimum of 24 hour notice to reschedule my drop-off appointment.
Item Standards and Removal
Some items may not be accepted due to stains, excessive wear, or other quality issues. Styled Again Women's Consignment reserves the right to remove any items that are damaged, soiled, or have smoke/pet odors. Items removed from the sale will be returned during pick-up.
Tagging and Pricing
Only official Styled Again Women's Consignment barcoded tags through the MyCM tagging system on cardstock will be accepted. Consigners who are tagging their own items must register a free account with MyCM and use the tagging system. Consigners whose items are tagged by SBO will be registered with MyCM by SBO using the information provided during Styled Again registration. Consigners will be provided with MyCM login credentials upon request.
Pick-up Policy
Pick-up is Monday, November 16th from 1:00-2:00 PM. After 2:01 PM, ALL remaining items will be donated to local charities. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment
Consignors who tag their own items will receive proceeds of 75%. Consigners who have Simply Be Organized tag their items will receive proceeds of 50%.
All proceed checks will be mailed to the address in your consignor account within two weeks of the sale's end. If a replacement check must be issued due to loss, you are responsible for the $30 stop-payment fee.
Consignor Representations and Warranties
As a condition of participating in Styled Again Women's Consignment, I represent and warrant the following to be true and correct:
1. I am the legal owner of all items to be sold and have full authority to sell these items;
2. Each item offered for sale is in good condition with only reasonable wear and tear, and is not defective, broken, or damaged; and
3. I know of no reason why any item offered for sale would cause injury to another person.
