Consignor Guidelines:

Consignors must have a minimum of 10 acceptable items and register by Oct 1, 2025 or until 25 spaces are filled. First come, first served.
Consignors can choose to tag their items themselves for a profit of 75% of sales OR Simply Be Organized will tag items for a profit of 50% of sales.
There is a registration fee of $40 if you do not tag your own items. The registration fee is $10 if you tag your own items. The registration fee covers tagging supplies, postage and software fees.
All items must be clean (without odors or stains), without tears or missing pieces.
All items must be entered into the MyCM online tagging system (access will be provided after registration). You must print tags according to MyCM standards on cardstock, and you may attach those tags however you like (e.g. safety pins, zip ties, masking tape, etc.).
All clothing items must be hung on a hanger except for pants/shorts/swimwear. Hangers from purchased items will NOT be returned to Consignors.
Consigners who are tagging their own items are responsible for dropping their items off at 200 Clubhouse Dr. Abingdon, VA on Friday November 14th between 3PM and 5PM.
Consigners who use Simply Be Organized tagging services must make a drop off appointment between September 15th and September 26th.
ALL Consignors are responsible to pick up their unsold items on Sunday November 16th from 1PM to 2PM. Items that are not picked up by 2PM will be donated. Unclaimed items that are missing tags will also be donated.

Brands such as Walmart, Target, Gap, Old Navy, Kohls, Shein or any other box store
Items that have tears, stains, broken zippers, missing buttons, strong odors
Children's clothing
Men's clothing
Shoes that are dirty or worn out
We reserve the right to refuse any item at time of drop off.

Another great feature of our sale is the MyCM online tagging system. This will make tagging an easier process and allow you to track your sales.
